How to Schedule a Tour

Scheduling a tour is easy!

Option 1 - Apply First, Tour Directly With Us​

  • By applying first, you will receive priority scheduling for all of our properties (increasing the chances you will get the home you want). By applying first, we can ensure that you meet all requirements so you do not waste your own time finding the perfect home for yourself, only to find out that you do not qualify. Additionally, due to a high demand for showings, our team can only accommodate showings for people who have already applied. Don't want to pay the application fee before touring? Not a problem! We've got a couple of other options for you below...

Option 2 - Call Your Own Realtor (best & fastest way to get a tour without applying)​

  • Contact a local realtor and request a showing. Any licensed realtor may schedule a tour for our properties. By doing a simple Google search for local realtors, you will find plenty of options to try. Alternatively, you can use the National Association of Realtors directory to find a list of agents to contact: Directory of Realtors.

Option 3 - Use Our Network of 3rd Party Showing Agents (dependent on partnering agent availability)​

Note: These agents are not employees of ours. They are simply local agents that have have offered to show rental properties to prospective tenants. They run their own independent businesses and manage their own schedules. Oftentimes, their availability is limited so showings may be delayed and / or not accepted. 

Step 1​

  • Confirm that everyone in your party (all occupants ages 18+) has a credit score minimum of 600.

  • Confirm that your party makes 2.5 x the rental rate in gross monthly income.

Step 2​

  • Call / text us at 931-272-3065 and let us know that you’ve reviewed our requirements and would like to move forward with a tour. Let us know the property you’d like to see and your availability. Note, our showing agents’ availability is often limited so the best and fastest way to get a tour is by reaching out to any local realtor to request a showing or by applying first and then scheduling a tour with us directly. Any licensed realtor may schedule a tour for our properties.
